Goldsboro’s Bullock poised to lead
1 min readGoldsboro senior point guard Christian Bullock has been dealing with injuries for most of his high school career. As a freshman he broke his ankle, and as a sophomore he tore his anterior cruciate ligament and meniscus.
After getting cleared shortly before his junior year, Bullock averaged nearly 15 points, two rebounds, two assists and two steals per game for the 22-5 2-A East Central champion Cougars. The junior’s season netted him All-Conference honor along with interest from the next level.
With last year’s top scorer and Conference Player of the Year Isaiah Wilder graduated, the stage is set for Bullock to lead the Cougars — and the rising senior has embraced it. At the Mount Olive and East Coast Invitational team camps, Bullock has averaged 18 points and six assists in 11 games. Here’s some highlights of Christian Bullock from ECI.
